GAVIN THE THIRD COVERS A CLASSIC QUEEN SONG

GAVIN THE THIRD COVERS A CLASSIC QUEEN SONG

(Cleveland, OH) – Crushtone Music artist Gavin the Third will be releasing a cover of Queen’s Death on Two Legs. Queen originally released the song in 1975 on their chart smashing album A Night at the Opera. Gavin more than does this song justice by giving it an updated feel while still re-producing the original magnetism of the song. “I was really excited about recording this song. I didn’t take the task too lightly because I knew I had to live up to expectations and listeners would be comparing it to the original,” says Gavin.

About Gavin the Third:
Gavin the Third is a rock band from Cleveland, Ohio. The music revolves around the lead vocalist/guitarist Gavin Cushman III who is also the primary songwriter of the group. Gavin writes songs that combine introspective compositions of personal struggle with hard hitting Alt/Rock, tapping directly into the vein of Deftones, Nine Inch Nails, and Queens of the Stone Age. The band is rounded out with Drummer Brett Weir, Gavin’s older brother Andrew Cushman on Guitar, and bassist John Pellegrino. Gavin’s demos, which he wrote and recorded in his apartment, drew the attention of producer Jim Wirt (Incubus, Fiona Apple, Alien Ant Farm, and others) who pushed for Gavin to make his debut record with a big studio sound. In 2013, Gavin the Third entered Crushtone Studios in Cleveland with Wirt to record that self-titled EP. The CD was recently released on Crushtone Music Inc. and features five powerful songs that come across even better live. Gavin the Third is a band that will make you take notice

DANCE SENSATION LAUNCHES MUSIC CAREER

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL AND SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE STAR MOLLEE GRAY BEGINS MUSIC CAREER WITH NATIONAL DEBUT

Dancer/Actress Mollee Gray seems to always have something new in store for her dedicated fans. She appeared as the principal dancer in all three “High School Musical” films; dazzled audiences with her acrobatic and complex routines while competing in the finals of So You Think You Can Dance; leaped into acting as a cast member in the film No Strings Attached (Ashton Kutcher/Natalie Portman) and now she makes her singing debut with the release of two songs on Crushtone Music (distributed internationally through an agreement with Warner Bros.) One of Mollee’s new songs “You Don’t Know Anything (About Me)” couldn’t have a more fitting title, as she always seems to have something big in her sights and there’s always something new to learn about her. Mollee has also appeared on shows such as America’s Got Talent, Drop Dead Diva, Camp Rock 2: Dance Off, Victorious, Big Time Rush, American Mall and the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards. More recently, she was cast in a new Disney movie titled “Teen Beach Musical” to be released in 2013. Among all of this excitement, Mollee is also a dance instructor. She teaches master classes around the world and helps young dancers be the best they can be.

Multi platinum producer Jim Wirt (Incubus/Hoobastank/Something Corporate/Fiona Apple/The Rocket Summer) recorded the tracks with Mollee late last year and expressed his excitement over Mollee’s abilities as a singer, especially in light of this being her first time in a recording studio with a major producer. “I was familiar with Mollee being a dance instructor because my daughter has attended her dance clinics but I had no idea that she would be this talented as a vocalist. I thought she was very special and I had a great time recording these songs and I’m really looking forward to working with her again” said Jim Wirt. Crushtone and Mollee have plans to release more material in the very near future and know that Mollee’s fans can’t wait to see what she’ll do next. Visit the Crushtone Music website at www.crushtonemusic.com for more information.

She is known as Mollee Shon Gray(born May 15th, 1991) This multi-talented sensation from Orem, Utah dazzled the big screen as the principal dancer in all three “High School Musical” films; impressed the Judges with her effortless acrobatic artistic dance moves in “So You Think You Can Dance” and appeared on shows such as America’s Got Talent, Drop Dead Diva, Camp Rock 2: Dance Off (TV), Victorious, Big Time Rush, American Mall (TV), and Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards (TV). As if all that wasn’t enough, Mollee is adding an even more diverse repertoire to her string of talents and what you don’t know about her is that she just finished recording two singles with multi platinum producer Jim Wirt, to be released on the Crushtone Music Label. Mollee is definitely multi-talented and we can’t wait to see what she’ll be doing next. Mollee is known for saying, “Everything happens for a reason.” Of course there still is much more to know about her but we’ll just have to wait and see.
